This Privacy Policy informs you about the types of information Kurrant AI and its parent company and affiliated companies (collectively, “Kurrant, we, our, or us”) collect about our website visitors, Authorized Users (as defined in our Terms of Use), or other third-parties through any of the following: our marketing site, data platform, and/or Chrome extension (collectively, the “Site”) and how we use, distribute, and protect that information (“Privacy Policy”). By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your Personal Information (defined below) as described in this Privacy Policy.This Privacy Policy applies only to our Site and to products and services provided through this Site. It does not apply to any third-party site or service linked to, recommended or referred by our Site, through our services, or by any of our employees or consultants. II. Information We Collect and How It’s Used

Website Visitors

We may collect and store personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you choose to voluntarily provide to us via information request forms, registrations, or job applications, such as when you contact us for business inquiries or in relation to a platform demo or a job posting. “Personal information” may include and is not limited to: your name, email address, telephone number, location, payment information, and job-related information.

We use this information to respond to your business requests, questions, job applications or to process your subscription to access and use our paid data platform. We may also use this information to communicate with you about relevant topics that we think may be of interest to you via an opt-out newsletter.

If you access the Site through a mobile or other electronic device, we may also collect your mobile device identifier, geolocation data, or other transactional information for that device. We may combine this information with other information that we have collected to make our services and communications to you more targeted to your interests.

Clients and Authorized Users

If you are a client or Authorized User of our products and services, we collect limited Personal Information about you, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, your title, photo and other Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you sign up for our products and services. We also collect your IP Address and track data about your use of our Site and its features. If you are a paid user of our Site, we may collect credit card or payment details.

Personal information collected from you as an authorized user or client will be used to support the contracts and relationships you have with Kurrant AI. We use this information to provide you with data, content, and services via the Site, as well as to give you updates about these products and services, to monitor compliance with the terms on which we offer our services, to enable third parties to provide services needed for the operation of the Site, to improve the Site and our services, to deliver product support, to manage billing and other client inquiries and send you information about other products and services that may be of interest to you.

We do not sell or disclose Personal Information we collect about you, except as described herein or otherwise as disclosed to you at the time the data is collected.

We may share information provided by our visitors to this Site with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, those hosting or operating this Site, as a result of carrying out your requests, responding to your inquiries, and analyzing data.

V. How Your Information Is Stored

Kurrant AI utilizes servers from Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”) and Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) to host our platform and to store our data. Kurrant AI’s data warehouses currently reside within the US and by using our platform you understand and agree that your personal information may be stored or any or all GCP and AWS servers. Kurrant AI uses a number of other third-parties to provide services on its behalf. These services may include, but are not limited to, handling, processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions, performing statistical analysis of our services, and providing systems and software for its administrative functions, such as sales processing, accounting and finance management, and procurement. In such cases, Kurrant AI remains controller of the Personal Information, the third-parties only process the data in accordance with our instructions, and we are responsible for ensuring such third parties are compliant with all applicable data protection regulations in relation to their processing activities.

VI. Data Transfer

All Personal Information we gather from you is currently processed and stored in the US and may subsequently be transferred to other countries for further processing, storage, or utilization by Kurrant AI’s employees or third-party providers used to maintain our services. Kurrant AI employees who need to access Personal Information to perform their roles will have access to it and have agreed to comply with Kurrant AI’s policies on data protection. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to this transfer. When we transfer your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.

VII. Regions

GDPR and UK GDPR

This Privacy Policy is issued in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) as provided under the Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent that this Site is available to, or we collect information in connection with individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”). We are a data controller and data processor for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

In the last 12 months, Kurrant AI has not sold any Personal Information collected to any individuals or organizations. Kurrant AI has disclosed customer information to our service providers only to the extent necessary in order to maintain our products and services.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents have the right to request that a company not sell their Personal Information under Nevada law. Kurrant AI does not sell your Personal Information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we are committed to using standard industry practices to protect the Personal Information we may collect. The internal measures we use are appropriate to the nature, scope and purpose for which we use the Personal Information collected. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided.
